Bayfront Hotel Cebu’s Family Plan provides children under 12 years old free accommodation when staying in the same room with their parents, with the existing beds and room set-up, and up to a maximum of 2 children per room. Breakfast not included.

Guest Name Policy :
The name(s) in the Booking/Reservation Voucher should match the valid ID(s) presented during check-in. Check-in will be honored once name(s) matches. Advance parties and/or those who will represent the names seen in the voucher will only be honored if Hotel has been informed by the Online Travel Agency.
Swimming Pool Notice :
For the safety and comfort of our guests, the swimming pool may be occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather, the need to host last-minute exclusive events, or necessary maintenance.

Occasionally our Caja Kitchen will cater to last-minute exclusive events. In-room dining is available from 06:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
Card Policy :
Credit card details are for booking purposes only. Physical card will be required during check-in.
Prepayment :
Full payment will be required upon check-in. During identified peak season, pre-payment will be compulsory.
Modification :
Modification of Hotel accommodation will be honored with no charge one (1) day prior to arrival. Modification done on the same day of arrival will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation :
Cancellation of Hotel accommodation will be honored with no charge one (1) day prior to arrival. Cancellation done on the same day of arrival will be charged accordingly.
No-Show :
In case of no-show, full accommodation will be charged.
Security Deposit :
A deposit of Php1,000.00 (Php1,000.00 - Php 5,000.00 for long staying guests) will be required to cover incidental charges, such as Food and Beverage consumption, drop-off services, and other consumptions or services availed during your stay. The unused balance will be refunded upon check-out.
