Guest Name Policy :
The name(s) in the Booking/Reservation Voucher should match the valid ID(s) presented during check-in. Check-in will be honored once name(s) matches. Advance parties and/or those who will represent the names seen in the voucher will only be honored if Hotel has been informed by the Online Travel Agency.

Cancellation :
Cancellation of Hotel accommodation will be honored with no charge one (1) day prior to arrival. Cancellation done on the same day of arrival will be charged accordingly.
No-Show :
In case of no-show, full accommodation will be charged.
Security Deposit :
A deposit will be required to cover incidental charges, such as Food and Beverage consumption, drop-off services, and other consumptions or services availed during your stay. The unused balance will be refunded upon check-out.
