The name(s) in the Booking/Reservation Voucher should match the valid ID(s) presented during check-in. Check-in will be honored once name(s) matches. Advance parties and/or those who will represent the names seen in the voucher will only be honored if Hotel has been informed by the Online Travel Agency.

On arrival, if rooms are not ready, you may leave your things at our Concierge.

Prepayment :
Full payment will be required upon check-in. During identified peak season, pre-payment will be compulsory.

Modification :
Modification of Hotel accommodation will be honored with no charge one (1) day prior to arrival. Modification done on the same day of arrival will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation :
Cancellation of Hotel accommodation will be honored with no charge one (1) day prior to arrival. Cancellation done on the same day of arrival will be charged accordingly.

No-Show :
In case of no-show, full accommodation will be charged.

Security Deposit :
A deposit of Php1,000.00 will be required to cover incidental charges, such
as Food and Beverage consumption, drop-off services, and other consumptions or services availed
during your stay. The unused balance will be refunded upon check-out.
