PET-FRIENDLY RESORT GUIDELINES AND WAIVER

-Only checked-in guests are allowed in pet-friendly Mactan Suites, which are located on the 3rd floor of the resort.

-A maximum of two (2) pets per room is allowed, weighing no more than 40 lbs. each (small to medium-sized cats and dogs only), or one (1) pet per room weighing no more than 85 lbs.

-Petropolis Guide Map: Pets are allowed only in designated areas marked for them.

-Pets are not allowed to swim in the water park.

-Pets must be leashed or in a pet carrier at all times while outside the room and/or on resort premises.

-Pets must never be left unattended in the room at any time. Fur parents must be present while their room is being serviced (by housekeeping, engineering, food & beverage staff, etc.). For the safety of both staff and pets, staff will not enter or service rooms when pets are present and unattended.

-Fur parents must properly remove and dispose of all litter or waste.

-Cleaning or repair fees may be charged for any pet-related stains or damage, as determined solely by the resort.

-Fur parents confirm that their pet has all required and up-to-date vaccinations and inoculations. Vaccination records are required upon booking and/or check-in.

-The resort encourages responsible pet ownership to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
