All reservations require full pre-payment. Non-guaranteed bookings will be automatically released.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival (3pm local time) are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 48 hours (3pm local time) of arrival or in the event of a no-show, a 100% charge for the entire stay will apply.
A Tourism Tax of RM10 (for non-Malaysia) per room per night will be collected upon check-in.
